Delete your account.

Ask us to delete your FindDeals account and the personal data linked to it. You don’t need to sign in.

How it works

Email support@finddeals.in from your account email, or include the mobile number registered on your account.
We may contact you to confirm the request comes from the account owner.
We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and complete deletion within 15 days.

What we delete

Your profile — name, email, mobile number and password.
Saved deals, notification settings and referral details.
Your Grabs and chats, which are deleted or anonymised.

What we may keep

Records the law requires us to keep, or that are needed for open disputes or fraud prevention, kept only as long as required and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy.

Email us to delete your account

Send an email to support@finddeals.in with the subject “Delete my FindDeals account” and include:

the mobile number registered on your account,
your name, and
the reason you’re leaving (optional — it helps us improve).

Send it from the email on your account if you can. Your account, Grabs, saved deals and referral rewards will be permanently deleted.
