Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use FindDeals — the website at finddeals.in, the FindDeals apps and the FindDeals business tools (together, “FindDeals”). FindDeals is operated by FindDeals (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or grabbing a deal you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

FindDeals is a marketplace that lists limited-time deals from local businesses. The business, not FindDeals, sells you the product or service.

• You need an account to grab deals. Browsing does not need one.
• You must be at least 18, or use FindDeals with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Give us accurate details and keep your mobile number verified — businesses use it to reach you about your Grabs.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
• One person, one customer account.

• Grabbing a deal is free. It reserves the item or time slot for you and gives you a Grab Code.
• You pay the business directly, at the FindDeals price shown when you grabbed, when you visit. FindDeals does not take payment from customers.
• Show your Grab Code at the counter. It is valid until the hold time shown on your Grab; after that the business can release it.
• Quantities, time slots, prices and end times are set by the business. Deals can sell out or end early.
• You can grab each deal once per account (you can grab it again after cancelling).

The business is responsible for the product or service, its quality and any taxes or bills it issues. If something goes wrong at the business, tell us — we will help where we can — but the contract for the sale is between you and the business.

You can cancel an active Grab from My Grabs until 30 minutes before the deal starts. Cancelling releases the item or slot to other customers. See Refund & Cancellation for details.

If you don’t turn up before your Grab expires it is marked as a no-show. After repeated no-shows (currently 3 in a week) we may pause your account until our team reviews it, so businesses aren’t left holding stock or slots.

• We review every business before its deals go live, and may ask for proof of the details you give us.
• List only real availability — actual stock, slots or rooms you can provide — with a genuine normal price. The FindDeals price must be lower than the normal price by at least the minimum discount shown when you create a deal.
• Honour every valid Grab at the FindDeals price until its hold time ends, including Grabs made before you paused or ended a deal.
• Verify Grab Codes in the business portal when the customer pays, and mark no-shows only after the hold time.
• Any platform fee is shown in your business portal before it applies and is fixed on each booking at the time it is made.
• You are responsible for your products and services, licences, prices, taxes and the photos and text you upload.

• FindDeals is currently free for customers and businesses: no platform fee, no commission on sales and no charge to list deals.
• This is a launch offer. Our fees and pricing may change in the future.
• Before any fee or price change applies, it will be shown in the business portal, and these terms will be updated.
• A change never applies to bookings already made — each booking keeps the terms in place when it was made.

• When a friend joins with your code and completes their first Grab, you and your friend earn the reward shown on the Refer & earn page at that time.
• Rewards are tracked on your account. How and when they can be used will be shown in the app before they can be redeemed; until then they have no cash value.
• Each friend counts once. Self-referrals, fake accounts or misuse cancel the rewards involved.
• We may change or end the referral programme; rewards already earned will be honoured as described when they were earned.

Please don’t:

• grab deals you don’t intend to use, or resell Grabs;
• post false, misleading or inflated prices, fake urgency or photos that don’t match what you sell;
• harass businesses, customers or our team, or post unlawful or offensive content;
• scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or try to break into FindDeals or other people’s accounts.

You can report a deal from its page. We may remove content, take down deals and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The FindDeals name, logo, apps and website belong to us. Businesses keep ownership of the photos and text they upload, and give us permission to show them on FindDeals and in our promotion of their deals.

We work to keep FindDeals accurate and available, but deals and availability come from businesses and can change. To the extent the law allows, FindDeals is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for the products or services that businesses provide, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. You can stop using FindDeals at any time and ask us to close your account through the Contact page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Telangana have jurisdiction. Questions or complaints: support@finddeals.in, or the Contact page.
